#1 – The U.S. Government has been enforcing an unfunded mandate on
American taxpayers and businesses of $500 BILLION per year. This
amount DOES NOT go to the Federal Government as taxes and represents a
total drain on the U.S. economy. This amount also represents a figure
approximately 4 TIMES greater than President Bush's Tax Cuts. None of
my fellow candidates seem concerned about this massive unfunded
mandate. This mandate is 100% attributable to the U.S. Income Tax
Code. I, as President, will do all in my power to completely replace
that Code and keep that $500 BILLION back in our economy where it ha
always belonged. Oh, and all that can be accomplished without cutting
a single item from the budget.



#2 – The U.S. Government has been granting TAX EXEMPT status to drug
dealers, child pornographers and common criminals for far too long.
Such criminals pay NOTHING on their ill-gotten income because they, of
course, never report it. THIS HAS TO END. The U.S. Income Tax Code
must be replaced with a tax that forces everyone to pay Federal taxes
when they purchase a retail item, not when they happen to report their
income. As President, I will do all in my power to replace that Income
Tax Code and stop forcing American taxpayers to in effect SUBSIDIZE
these criminals with their own hard-earned money.



#3 – The U.S. Government has known for years that DEMOGRAPHIC forces
will condemn America to bankruptcy with our current Social Security
and Medicare systems. That is a FACT that my fellow candidates don't
seem to want to address. The problem lies mainly in flawed funding of
these programs as specified in the U.S. Income Tax Code. By switching
